All round aluminum foil containers produced by our company adopt food-grade virgin aluminum foil that meets national safety standards for food contact materials. No recycled waste materials are added, and no harmful substances such as fluorescent agents and plasticizers are contained. All products have passed relevant safety tests issued by National Medical Products Administration. They can be directly used to hold acidic, oily and alkaline food, with much higher safety than recycled aluminum products and ordinary plastic packages. With excellent shading performance, aluminum foil can block ultraviolet rays, oxygen and moisture, effectively extend food shelf life and prevent food from oxidation, deterioration and moisture regain.
Production Technology
Adopting fully automatic high-precision rolling forming technology, the whole production process from raw materials to finished products is automated to avoid pollution caused by manual contact. The container body is integrally formed without seams or welding points. The smooth curled edge has no burrs and will not scratch hands. Featuring high structural strength, it is not easy to deform or leak during normal use. We can customize container thickness ranging from 0.03mm to 0.15mm to meet strength requirements of different application scenarios.
