Various hole shapes such as round, square, hexagonal, gradient and custom artistic holes are available with uniform aperture and neat arrangement. It effectively breaks the closed and dull visual effect of traditional curtain walls. Adopting 3003 anti-rust aluminum alloy or 5052 high-strength aluminum alloy, the panel features stable texture and excellent toughness without cracking or deformation during perforation and bending. The conventional thickness is 1.5mm–4.0mm, supporting custom oversized and special-sized panels. Fully automatic CNC perforation equipment ensures accurate hole spacing and smooth burr-free edges. The open rate is adjustable from 10% to 70%, realizing uniform, gradient, patterned and irregular artistic perforation. Large-size panels are equipped with stiffeners to enhance structural stability. Surface treatments include PVDF fluorocarbon coating, powder coating, anodizing, wood grain, stone grain and matte wire drawing, featuring strong coating adhesion, uniform color and excellent outdoor aging resistance.

Storage & Handling: Finished panels shall be stacked flat with soft cushions or wood squares at the bottom. Single-point heavy pressure, vertical placement and collision are prohibited to avoid surface deformation, hole edge damage and paint scratches. The storage area must be dry and ventilated, far away from acid-base, corrosive materials and humid environment.
Construction Environment: Avoid outdoor construction in severe weather such as heavy rain, strong wind, sand dust and high-temperature exposure. Ensure the base surface is dry, solid and free of dust and oil to guarantee firm installation of keels and hangers and prevent loosening and water seepage risks.
Installation Standards: Install in strict accordance with layout numbers to ensure uniform joints and flat panels. Forcible prying and pulling are prohibited, and unauthorized adjustment of hanging points is not allowed to ensure uniform stress and neat facade.
On-site Processing Prohibition: Random on-site cutting, grinding and welding on finished perforated panels are forbidden to prevent damage to hole regularity and protective coating, which may cause deformation, paint peeling, corrosion and color difference. All size adjustment must be completed by factory prefabrication.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean only with clean water or neutral detergent. Strong acid, alkali and organic solvents are prohibited. Avoid hard impact on the panel and hole edges, and regularly check fastener tightness to eliminate hidden dangers.
Deformation Adaptation: Reasonable expansion joints shall be reserved for large-area walls to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction, preventing arching, uneven gaps and warping caused by temperature changes.
