Material & Process:

Flat aluminum panels usually adopt 3003 anti-rust aluminum alloy or 5052 high-strength aluminum alloy substrate with good toughness, high flatness and crack resistance, suitable for large-area wall laying. Conventional thicknesses include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm and 4.0mm, and thickened panels can be customized according to building floor height, wind load and exterior wall span. The whole production process adopts CNC precision equipment with accurate cutting size and vertical and unified flanges. Large-size panels are equipped with galvanized stiffeners to offset thermal expansion and wind vibration, fundamentally solving the problems of bulging, shaking and warping. Customizable surface treatments include outdoor PVDF fluorocarbon coating, electrostatic powder coating, anodizing, wood grain, stone grain and matte wire drawing. The coating features strong adhesion and uniform color with excellent stain and weather resistance.

Notes on Installation & Application:

Storage & Handling Standard: Finished panels must be stacked flat with wooden or soft cushions at the bottom. Single-point heavy pressure, vertical placement and collision are prohibited to avoid depression, scratch and deformation. The storage area shall be dry and ventilated, far away from acid-base, corrosive chemicals and humid environment.

Construction Environment: Avoid outdoor construction in severe weather such as heavy rain, strong wind, sand dust and high-temperature exposure. The base surface shall be dry, solid and free of dust and oil to ensure firm installation of keels and hangers and prevent hidden dangers of loosening, water seepage and falling off.

Standard Construction Process: Construct in strict accordance with layout numbers to ensure uniform joints and flat panels. Forcible prying and pulling are prohibited. Unauthorized adjustment of hanging points and simplified fixing procedures are not allowed to ensure uniform stress and stable overall structure.

On-site Processing Prohibition: Random on-site cutting, grinding, welding and hole opening on finished panels are forbidden to prevent coating damage, substrate corrosion, paint peeling and color difference. Local size adjustment must be completed by factory prefabrication.

Cleaning & Maintenance Rules: Clean only with clean water or neutral detergent. Strong acid, alkali and organic solvents are prohibited. Avoid hard sharp impact and scratching. Regularly check the tightness of hangers and bolts to eliminate loosening risks.

Temperature Expansion Treatment: Standard expansion joints shall be reserved for large-area wall installation to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction, effectively avoiding common construction problems such as arching, uneven gaps and edge warping caused by temperature changes.
