Material & Process:

The substrate adopts national standard 3003 anti-rust aluminum alloy and 5052 high-strength aluminum alloy, which features good toughness and crack resistance, suitable for multiple bending and arc rolling forming. The conventional plate thickness is 1.5mm–4.0mm, and thickened plates over 4.0mm can be customized for super high-rise and large-span curtain walls. Fully automatic CNC equipment is used for precise arc control with small curvature error, no hard folding, collapse or distortion on the plate surface. Secondary finishing and polishing are carried out after forming to ensure accurate joint alignment, uniform overall radian and smooth appearance. Surface treatments include PVDF fluorocarbon coating, electrostatic powder coating, anodizing, wood grain imitation, stone grain imitation and matte wire drawing. With high color customization freedom, the paint surface is uniform and full without orange peel, color difference or paint peeling.

Installation & After-sales:

Notes on Installation & Application:

Installation Environment Requirements: As precision customized curved panels, arc aluminum panels are forbidden to be installed outdoors in severe weather such as heavy rain, strong wind and high-temperature exposure. The base surface shall be dry, flat and free of oil and dust for outdoor construction to ensure installation accuracy and fixing stability.

Handling and Storage: Finished panels shall be stacked flat with wooden or soft cushions at the bottom. Vertical placement, heavy pressure and collision are prohibited to prevent curved surface deformation and paint scratching. The storage area shall be dry and ventilated without moisture, water accumulation and acid-base corrosion, and dust protection is required for long-term storage.

Construction Specifications: Standard matching hangers and bolts shall be adopted for fixing. It is forbidden to change installation positions or simplify fixing procedures without authorization. Install panels according to serial numbers to ensure smooth curve connection and uniform gaps. Forcible stretching and shape correction are not allowed to avoid stress cracking and deformation.

Welding & Cutting Prohibition: Random welding, cutting and hole opening on finished arc aluminum panels are forbidden on site, which will damage the coating and panel structure. Local adjustment shall be completed by factory prefabrication in advance to ensure anti-corrosion performance and appearance integrity.

Daily Maintenance: Clean the panel surface with clean water or neutral detergent. Strong acid, alkali and organic solvents are prohibited to avoid paint corrosion, fading and peeling. Avoid hard sharp impact on the facade, and regularly check the tightness of hangers and fasteners to eliminate hidden dangers of loosening.

Temperature Adaptation: The panels adapt to conventional outdoor temperature differences. For areas with extreme temperature alternation, structural optimization shall be completed in advance with reserved expansion and contraction margin to prevent joint deformation and panel warping caused by temperature changes.
