Adopting high-toughness 3003 anti-rust aluminum alloy and 5052 high-strength aluminum alloy, the panel features stable toughness without edge chipping during laser cutting or cracking during bending, suitable for complex artistic shaping. The conventional thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 4.0mm, and thickened panels can be customized according to modeling size, wind pressure and span requirements. High-precision fiber laser cutting equipment and parametric computer typesetting ensure accurate hollow size and high pattern restoration without deformation, burrs or gaps. Large-span hollow panels are equipped with built-in stiffeners to enhance overall rigidity and prevent vibration and deformation. Storage & Handling: Carved hollow panels have delicate structures and fragile edges. Store flat and classified with soft cushions or wood squares at the bottom. Avoid heavy pressure, excessive stacking and collision to prevent hollow deformation, edge chipping and paint scratches. Keep the storage area dry, ventilated and away from moisture and corrosive substances.
Construction Environment: Avoid outdoor construction in severe weather such as heavy rain, strong wind, sand dust and high-temperature exposure. Ensure the base surface is dry, solid and free of dust and oil to guarantee firm installation of keels and hangers and prevent loosening, water seepage and panel shaking.
Installation Standards: Construct strictly in accordance with customized layout numbers and drawing nodes to ensure uniform joints and flat panels. Forcible prying and pulling are prohibited, and unauthorized adjustment of hanging points is not allowed to avoid uneven stress and structural deformation of hollow parts.
On-site Processing Prohibition: Random on-site cutting, grinding, drilling and welding on finished carved panels are forbidden, which will damage artistic patterns and protective coatings, causing pattern deformation, edge damage and paint peeling. All size adjustment must be completed by factory prefabrication.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean only with clean water or neutral detergent. Strong acid, alkali and organic solvents are prohibited. Avoid hard impact on carved hollow parts, and regularly check the tightness of fasteners and hangers to eliminate hidden dangers.
Deformation Adaptation: Standard expansion joints shall be reserved for large-area hollow walls to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction, preventing panel extrusion, pattern dislocation and arching deformation caused by temperature changes.
